Dr. Elisme uses five proprietary frameworks that guide her consulting, training, and leadership work. These frameworks are designed to translate complex behavioral health concepts into practical, real-world application:

E.L.I.S.M.E. Resilience Model
A comprehensive model that supports trauma-informed leadership, workforce well-being, and sustainable organizational practices.

I.C.E.B.E.R.G. Method
A framework for understanding behavior beyond what is visible, helping leaders and professionals respond with greater insight and effectiveness.

D.E.P.T.H. Approach
A structured approach to communication and engagement that strengthens trust, connection, and accountability in professional relationships.

A.N.C.H.O.R. Framework
A set of grounding and regulation practices designed to support individuals during moments of stress. This framework is available in both secular and faith-integrated applications.

H.O.L.D. Framework
An organizational model that helps distribute stress, responsibility, and leadership capacity across teams and systems.

Each framework is grounded in neuroscience, polyvagal-informed principles, and culturally responsive practice. Full training and implementation are provided through workshops, consulting engagements, and organizational partnerships.

Trauma-informed care is an approach that recognizes the widespread impact of trauma and integrates that understanding into policies, practices, and relationships. In organizational settings, this means moving beyond individual awareness to build systems that reduce harm, support regulation, and create psychological safety for both staff and the people they serve.

At Elisme Consulting, we help organizations move from trauma awareness to trauma responsiveness. Awareness alone does not change culture. Responsiveness means that the way meetings are run, the way feedback is given, the way workloads are distributed, and the way people are supported all reflect an understanding of how stress and trauma affect behavior, decision-making, and relationships.

We work with nonprofit organizations, healthcare systems, behavioral health agencies, school districts, faith-based organizations, and community programs. Our clients range from small nonprofit teams to large healthcare departments. We serve organizations that are ready to move beyond surface-level wellness initiatives and invest in meaningful, systems-level change.

We have particular expertise serving organizations that work with immigrant communities, communities of color, and populations affected by historical and intergenerational trauma.

Yes. While we are based in Buford, Georgia, we serve organizations nationwide. Workshops, training sessions, and consulting engagements are available both in person and virtually. In-person engagements outside of the metro Atlanta area may include travel costs, which are discussed during the proposal process.

All services are available in English, French, and Haitian Creole. Dr. Elisme is trilingual and delivers workshops, training sessions, and consulting in all three languages. This is particularly valuable for organizations serving Haitian, Francophone, and multilingual communities. Culturally adapted versions of our frameworks, including the Haitian Creole A.N.K.R.E. adaptation of the A.N.C.H.O.R.™ Framework, are available for community-specific programming.

Trauma-informed training is educational. It teaches leaders, teams, and organizations how to recognize the impact of stress and trauma on behavior, decision-making, and workplace culture. The goal is to build environments that are safer, more responsive, and better equipped to support the people within them. Therapy, by contrast, is a clinical service provided by a licensed therapist to an individual seeking treatment for personal mental health concerns. Elisme Consulting Services provides training, consulting, and coaching. We do not provide therapy. Our work focuses on the systems and cultures that surround people, not on individual clinical treatment.

Trauma-responsive leadership is a way of leading that accounts for how stress, adversity, and lived experience affect the people within an organization. It goes beyond awareness.

A trauma-responsive leader understands how the nervous system shapes behavior under pressure, how organizational culture can either support or undermine well-being, and how to build systems that hold people steady during difficult seasons. At Elisme Consulting, we train leaders to move from reacting to responding, from managing symptoms to addressing root causes, and from individual wellness programs to culture-level change.

Our proprietary E.L.I.S.M.E.™ Resilience Model and H.O.L.D.™ Framework are designed specifically to support this kind of leadership.

Pricing varies based on the format, scope, and size of the engagement. We offer workshops, organizational consulting, healthcare resilience training, and community programs, each with its own pricing structure.

Detailed pricing information is available on each service page. We discuss all investment details during the proposal process, and there are no surprises.

The first step is a complimentary 20-minute Discovery Call. During this conversation, we learn about your organization’s challenges, goals, and context. From there, we develop a custom proposal that outlines the scope, timeline, and investment for your engagement.

There is no obligation, and you will walk away with clarity about your next steps whether or not we work together.
