Burnout training for leaders who are starting to lose good people
A working session for the people responsible for teams under chronic stress, in healthcare, schools, nonprofits, and faith-based organizations.
Book a conversationBy the time someone hands you a resignation letter, they made the decision a long time ago.
What happened before that was quieter. They stopped volunteering for things. They started answering questions with just enough words to be polite. They kept doing excellent work, which is exactly why nobody worried. The exit interview will say they left for a better opportunity, and that will be true, and it will not be the whole story.
Burnout is a load problem, not an effort problem. The people closest to it are usually carrying the most, and they are almost never the ones who complain.
Ninety minutes with the people who hold the team
This is a working session with the leaders who supervise your frontline staff. It is built on the A.N.C.H.O.R.™ Framework, six body-based practices for staying steady under pressure, taught in the moments leaders actually face rather than in theory.
Your leaders leave with language for what they have been noticing but could not name, and with a way to act on it that does not depend on adding one more initiative to an already full week.
This is leadership capacity work. Not a wellness talk, and not something that asks exhausted people to try harder.
If your people care for others for a living, this was built for them
Nurse leaders and clinical managers
School administrators, counselors, and student services teams
Nonprofit directors carrying programs with thin staffing
Ministry leaders holding a congregation's hardest moments
Capacity, not wellness
The difference matters, because a team that only ever recovers will keep arriving at the same edge.
Leaders who complete this session can usually point to the specific person they went back and checked on that week. That is the measure worth watching.

Start with a conversation
Engagements are scoped to the size of your team and the setting you are working in, so the conversation starts with what you are carrying rather than with a number.
Most organizations begin with a short call. You will leave that call with a proposal that lays out a few ways to approach the work at different levels, so you are choosing between options rather than between yes and no.
