Dr. Erlange Elisme, DSW is the CEO and Founder of Elisme Consulting Services LLC, where she empowers leaders, educators, and caregivers to transform systems through trauma-informed care. With over 30 years of experience in school social work and a deep commitment to healing-centered practices, Dr. Elisme integrates her signature frameworks—including the E.L.I.S.M.E. Resilience Model, the DEPTH Approach, and the ICEBERG Method—into trainings that foster safety, resilience, and sustainable change. A dynamic speaker, author, and advocate for historically underserved communities, Dr. Elisme is passionate about creating environments where individuals and organizations can heal, lead, and thrive.
